● Corrugated roller is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo alloy steel with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HRC58°-60°.
● Oil lubrication type gear box, low noise and gimbal transmission, also seperate power. Main motor is frequency conversion control (optional).
● Vacuum suction system provides perfect flute shape even at high speed, blastvolume controller is equipped.
● Bearings of corrugated roller and pressure roller are lubricated by high-temperature lubricating grease.
● Surface of gluing roller are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.Automatic and cyclic supply glue for the glue unit.
